This course will put more emphasis on your articulation and precise choice of words in various settings. We will start to cover in details different ways to describe a person’s manners and styles and characteristics of various objects. We will then focus on a select long list of powerful words and study the variations in their connotations and usages.
As we live in a challenging world, we constantly need to face up to some difficult people and difficult situations. We will conduct some group exercises on how to best deal with those unpleasant close encounters by polishing our verbal exchanges.
