A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is needed.
Essays
A personal statement is required.
Example of a personal statement requirement previously used by Oxford Brookes University:
This is an important section and we will pay particular attention to what you write here. You should explain why you are applying for this programme, what you expect to achieve from it, and how it relates to your academic and career development. You should give further details about your level of professional experience including decision-making undertaken at work. (We suggest that you write approximately 300 words).
Recommendations
Two letters are required, preferably 1 academic.
Other Requirements
A good degree, excellent GPA or qualification from a respected institution. People with 7 years of professional experience are eligible to apply without a degree. For those who are not eligible, they offer an MSc Business Management program. For those whose native language is not English, a TOEFL score of 575 (paper-based) is required.
Scholarships
Scholarships are merit- and need- based, and range from £1,000 to £8,840. Favored candidates are those who can help his peers learn and show great academic achievement. To be considered for a scholarship, a letter must be enclosed with the application, stating one’s interest.
