Work Experience
Applicants are expected to have 10 years of postgraduate work experience with 3 years of management experience.
Essays
Personal Statement:
In support of your application please explain how you believe you will benefit from the programme and state your career objectives by giving a frank impression of your strengths and weaknesses.
Essays are only mandatory for those who do not attend a “selection day”, which is an event meant for full-time MBA and EMBA applicants. Also, those who do not attend must complete a questionnaire.
Interviews
Candidates for the Full-time and Executive MBA programs must attend a “selection day”, which includes a mandatory interview with a member of the faculty. Those who cannot attend selection day must have 2 telephone interviews.
Recommendations
One business reference and 1 academic reference are needed.
Other Requirements
English proficiency is necessary. In addition, candidates who do not submit a standard application may be eligible based on other merits (ie. work experience).
Process
Applicants submit an application form, copies of degree certificates, a CV and references. Those who are competing for the Full-time and Executive MBA programs must attend a selection day, which includes a group activity, interviews and various assessment procedures. Those who cannot attend the selection day must submit an essay, engage in 2 telephone interviews and complete a questionnaire. Decisions are made in 7 working days.
